Sean listens with great attention to the needs and desires of his clients. He takes pains to understand a client's aesthetic and to discover an ideal functionality and flow in their space. His execution regularly surpasses original expectations, but his results are born of a client's desires and nurtured imagination. Sean's ultimate goal is that clients love their homes as much as he loves his own.

SPANISH/MOORISH FUSION  This 14,000 sq. foot home, located on DAVIS ISLAND in Tampa, started out as a Spanish Colonial Revival. After several unfortunate remodels and the removal of original materials, the only option was to strip it down to its bones. Authentic materials were then re-introduced and used extensively on the exterior and interior to both unify and create a lavish and layered Spanish/Moorish fusion.

MODERN MOROCCAN BEACH CONDO  Light-drenched rooms float above the ATLANTIC OCEAN with a palette that shifts as subtly as the constantly changing colors of sky and water.

PALM BEACH MOROCCAN  A 6,500 square foot, Marion Syms Wyeth home built in 1926 warms beautifully with Sean Rush's MOROCCAN FLAVORED TRANSFORMATION.

SPOTISWOODE  On the National Register this 14,000 sqft Tudor Revival was built in 1927 by DONALD ROEBLING, great-grandson of John Augustus Roebling, builder of the Brooklyn Bridge.  The redesign was a two and a half year project which restored it to magnificence.
